Job Requirements
- A qualified lawyer with 1–3 years of experience in Trade Remedies and International Trade Law.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- A postgraduate degree in international trade law would be an asset.
- Experience in working with international clients.
- Advanced level of written and spoken English (IELTS score of min. 7.5 or min TOEFL score of 105 is required).
- Strong planning, organization, drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
- Motivated team player.
- Ability to take initiative, and a willingness to take ownership of and responsibility for projects.
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel

- Advising clients on a range of international trade and trade remedies matters, including anti-dumping, countervailing duty, and safeguard investigations.
- Assisting clients in trade policy compliance and regulatory matters.
- Drafting submissions to relevant authorities (e.g., Ministry of Trade, investigating authorities) and courts.
- Conducting legal and economic analysis in trade investigations.
- Managing client relationships.
- Drafting articles on international trade and trade remedies matters.
- Actively participating in business development activities.
