Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Turkish and English, written and spoken.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a related field.
- Prior experience in a law firm environment preferred.
- Competence in MS Office applications.
- Strong planning, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Job Description:
Marketing / Business Development
- Maintain and organize the firm’s business and marketing databases, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Keep records of the business development roadmap and prepare tailored reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate subscription processes and manage relationships with external marketing platforms.
- Draft and update descriptive materials, attorney bios, and other business development collateral.
- Monitor and track key developments in the global legal environment to identify trends and opportunities.
- Conduct research and propose new business development strategies and growth paths.
CRM
- Manage and update the firm’s CRM system, including entering new contacts, maintaining accurate records, and creating relevant categories.
- Analyse CRM data to generate insights, track business development activities, and support strategic decision-making.
Business Trips
- Assist with the planning and coordination of business trips, focusing on the logistical and business-related aspects.
- Provide comprehensive support to the team during these visits, ensuring all requirements and arrangements are met smoothly.
Web Site & Social Media
- Draft and review announcements and content for ACTECON’s social media accounts.
- Coordinate and manage improvement projects with third parties (e.g. website updates, logo design, e-mail signature, branding elements).
- Support the day-to-day management of ACTECON’s website and social media presence.
- Generate creative ideas for communications and marketing initiatives, manage coordination with designers, and provide thoughtful feedback on visuals with a keen, detail-oriented, and artistic eye.
Events
- Support the coordination and execution of ACTECON’s event sponsorships.
- Attend events and represent ACTECON at designated spaces, ensuring professional and engaging interaction with participants.
Publications
- Review marketing and publication materials, providing clear feedback and revision notes where necessary.
- Coordinate the production of printed materials, including liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality output.
- Manage communication with third-party providers such as web and graphic designers, marketing departments, event organizers, and publishing companies.
